A Bit of Background

CARE 4 WMN was created by two young women working towards uplifting and supporting the women of their community through the donation of feminine hygiene care packages, all while working to eradicate the stigma surrounding period health through education.

Our Process and Progress

Care 4 Women is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before. We work on crafting care packages to help improve the lives of others and are very proud of the progress we continue to make. Learn more about what we do, who we help, and how we work hard every day to promote positive change.

The Beginnings

In June of 2019, we began brainstorming ways in which we could best help our female community and ultimately decided to create our independent project that would grow to become CARE 4 WMN. We raised $1,000 to fund our beginning donations, researched the most common needs for young women, and formulated a care package that would be suitable for any day of the cycle. After this process was complete, we purchased our supplies and created 50 care packages. Our first two donations occurred in January and February, with 25 care packages going to two organizations in Northwest Arkansas. We are continuing to raise awareness of this natural process that has been neglected for so long, and hope to expand our initiative across our state, national, and global borders.
